Market risk
Prediction markets involve financial risk. You can lose the full amount you stake. Prices reflect the market’s view of probabilities, not certainty. Outcomes can differ from expectations.
Liquidity risk
Some markets may have low liquidity. You may not be able to trade or exit a position when or at the price you want.
Resolution risk
Markets resolve based on verifiable data and our resolution policy. In edge cases, outcomes may be disputed or delayed. We do not guarantee that all resolutions will be undisputed or immediate.
Smart contract and technical risk
If the platform uses smart contracts or on-chain infrastructure, it may be subject to bugs, exploits, or failures. We aim to use audited contracts and best practices, but we cannot eliminate all technical risk.
Regulatory risk
Prediction markets are regulated or restricted in many jurisdictions. Laws may change. Your access to the platform may be limited or revoked based on your location or regulatory changes.
The platform may experience downtime, bugs, or changes. We may modify or discontinue features, fee structures, or services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Access from restricted jurisdictions may be blocked. We reserve the right to restrict access based on regulatory or operational requirements.
